Well, your app is a bit short, so I don't get much from it. Some of your gear parts show me that you know how to gear your toon, but you do have some parts that are a bit odd for a PvE rogue: - The T2 parts are horrible (Get the Blooddrenched Mask and the Zandalar Madcap's Mantle from ZG. Truestrike is also decent, even tho u will loose alot of stats) - The neck is bad, and I would get Beads of Ogre Might if I were you. - The cloak is also pretty crap, as you are lacking hit badly. (PuG AQ20 to get the class cloak, or go ZG for the Zulian Tigerhide Cloak dropping of Venoxis) - Your bracers is also pretty crap ;P (Try getting the Blackmist Armguards from the Beast in UBRS) - Rogue tier pre-t2.5 is pretty bad, so you should change your leggings to the BoE ones from Stratholme; Plaguehound Leggings to boos your hit. - Getting a sword in your MH would increase ur dmg output as well ;)
Im not trying to overrun you, but these items are better than your current ones in a PvE situation. At this point, considering your gear and our line of progression, I have no choice but to decline your application. Try getting into a BWL/AQ40 raiding guild, as it would suit your gear much better :)

That you lagged etc isn't something u can deal with, but I feel you died a lot, but it might have been cause of lag as well. Was this lag a one-time happening, or do u struggle with it regularly? We can't take players that disconnect etc, as it will be a waste on boss encounters.
Read what Pope wrote, and UNDERSTAND the importance of bringing the consumables! I dunno about the whipper roots, but as they share CD, Ive never used em, but if u bring the other stuff u will survive!
Understand this; if its written in GMOTD that we want u to prepare for Loatheb, and someone shows up UNPREPARED, that person will be excluded from such progression raids for a period of time, and it will have a direct effect on the council! Cba for a few ppl to fuck up for the remaining 37-38 ppl.
We still raid BWL when we can, and considering you got training on Thursdays, you will be able to raid with us 2/3 times a week (we raid wed, thurs and sun 18:45-23.00 ST). Lacking already one day a week, I will urge you to join our BWL for the sake of our community and for you to show your skills that is required to be accepted into the guild.
Just fyi, Ebon has already spoken a lot with this guy in-game, and then told him to apply. Doubt he would do that without the guy having the proper enchants.
I like your application, Dushan, but given the fact that you just dinged 60 and wish to play a retribution, I can't really see a bright future for you in FE.
We are one of the best, long lasting guilds on this server, and in order to maintain in that position, we need to have successful raids, with a consequence that we are forced to recruit geared people that can jump straight into our progression raids. I don't know about the paladin situation, but the only future I can see for u in FE, is to play retri in BWL/AQ40 raids until u got enough healing to go holy in Naxxramas, and then stay holy.
He was our MT a period last year, an Ive known him for 2 years now (2 different servers). We are in need on tanks, an if you are gonna stay active etc, you got my vote!
Regardless of a poor application, I like that he keep answering questions and ignoring the negative comments. I wont mind giving this chap a chance. I know Crotch demands 420 def, and I might have glipped on the HP part, so I would like to inspect u ingame.
