We know of your tactic kac, some of us disagree with this way of killing though, since the mechanic of the tactic is way off from the original, it's bound to be fixed after the first kill by using this. Which renders all our practice on that useless, and makes us have to start over again.
Hey, I fully agree with what Holylady said, you seem to lack a lot of experience towards vanilla content. I can't really add much to his post, except that hitcap is 16% xD (always 1% chance to miss no matter of your hit)
I wonder where that spec came from, did you raid with that on retail? :P Anyways, for frost we go 31/0/20, with one mage building 20/0/31 For fire we spec 17/31/3 I can't give you wowprovider links right now, seems to be offline...

I also highly suggest you search for a guild that is currently raiding BWL or AQ40, just to learn how to utilize your class during raids. You seem to lack quite some experience, but If you wish to really join, I might bring you in for only BWL + an occasional AQ40 raid. That however means you would only raid on sunday and maybe parttime on thursday. You must understand I can not bring you into Naxx like this.
It's up to you for that part. But before that, you should get these upgrades Holylady posted :) and get the BWL+ Naxx pre-quests done.
As far as the raid you joined yesterday you performed well for your gear level, ofcourse we are all far better geared which is the reason that you can't show your face on the top of the meters yet :P
Yet one question that has been going through my mind; Why on earth did you get Wrath of Cenarius? I know it's good, but it's also easily replaceable, you should've gotten Rockfury Bracers instead, I know that's a bit late now but, GET THEM, they're bis for a long time.
Also make sure you get ban'thok sash, you might be hitcapped already, idk your weapon (you linked a trinket instead), but even if you are it's good to have some hit gear so you can replace other stuff and still stay capped.

I don't like this comment, I don't think you have the right view of what you are going to raid here. many things on this server,especially naxx/cthun, is buffed as fuck. Don't think we only take people which have the gear to do these bosses/raids with us, I have seen mages that wanted to join with mish'undare, regalia, cthun belt, full t2.5 etc but being total noobs (constantly dying + being outdps'd by a much worse geared frost mage which wasnt even his main) and ofc I, didn't even think 1 second about taking them. It's pretty simple, you need gear to join, bosses or even trash in naxxramas will 1 shot you with whatever skill they might use. (Think of loatheb, faerlina, anub, these things hit for 2.7-5k AoE) You can't compare retail naxx with this, we go madbuffs, on retail people hardly flasked. You also just dinged 60 and I doubt if you can keep up with the amount of consumables we expect you to use every raid.
Don't think I'm trying to burn you down, I just wanna point towards that comment that people generally have of guilds like these, gear>skill
Especially the fact that we have tons of mages, your gear and the fact you applied without even having BWL/Naxx attunement anytime soon made me come to this conclusion.

Ps. This might sound bad, but it's how things go -> join another guild (BWL guild should be np with preraid gear, esp as mage), loot their drops and give it another shot if you still like to. (Or PuG ZG/MC/BWL)
You have pieces of gear I actually never heard of, looked them up and they're rather useless or crappy for mages.. (I actually don't think your spellpower is higher than 150, or even have 1% hit from gear) I really can not take this into our guild, and we already have a ton of active mages. So for now, declined. Good luck finding a more suitable guild! :) Tip: go look on feenix forums for a mage BiS pre-raid thread. Even though I won't take you with that it is still a lot better than what you are currently using and will bring you in any MC (probably even BWL) guild without problems.
Your gear looks decent for a pre-AQ40 geared mage. +1 for Rockfury bracers & pre-quests done You seem like an experienced player also being progressed in AQ40 on retail and being a mage(?) class leader. Good job getting belt of untapped power, ban'thok sash would be better if you weren't hitcapped, but since you are already it will be a nice backup item if you want to replace some gear.
Some questions; Playing hours 5-9? means you play 5-9 hours a day or from 5:00pm to 9:00pm? What's up with your 0/30/21 spec? pvp? We raid in either 17/31/3 or 31/0/20
I'll already have to tell you, IF we can invite you it will for the time being only be AQ40 and BWL until you have the equipment (mainly health) to raid Naxxramas with us, there may however be a spot on rare occasion. I want to discuss a bit more with other CL's/officers whether we take you or not, expect an answer soon! :)
-Winter's chill worked just as Scorch debuff (fire vulnerability) did. Both were fine. Applied instantly and didn't get thrown off. -Curse of Elements got removed very fast. -Ignite got kicked off sometimes, but not too often. I guess it's working fine when other debuffs get tuned more. -Fireball dot's stayed up quite long sometimes. Will add more as soon as I think about them.
To noxie - Curse of agony working as in? -> It should be kicked off imo :D

To come up with the final answer I have to say no, for the following reason: Yesterday we've been raiding with 7 mages, with 1 backup even, and today yet again I could've brought 8 in if we had enough spots, yet been raiding the entire night with 7. Giving you a spot wouldnt make much sense because there would be no evenings for you to raid on, except for an occasional BWL. Judging from what I've read here it shouldn't be hard for you to find a spot in on of the currently AQ40 progressing guilds on the server. Make sure to check out the progression thread on the feenix forums and talk to people ingame :)

I can share my opinion with the other people that posted here. Gear looks above average from applications we've seen before which is quite nice, we might be wanting to gear you up just a bit more before entering naxx. Before giving my final decision I want to see attendance of the other mages at today's and tomorrow's raid, from that I'll be able to judge. Expect to see a final answer from me soon!
