Loot Council. Loot distribution will be determined by Officers and Class Leaders. The highest ranking officer on that raid will have the final say. Positive influence within the guild; sacrifice of time and resources for the guild; raid attendance; raid performance; length of time and dedication to the guild; best use of the item(s) for the guild's future progression. All will be factored into loot distribution decisions.

This system allows the guild to progress faster while rewarding those (faster) who are a good influence, work hard, play hard and attend raids. With that said there will be lots of loot to go around. And all who actively play will see fast gear up with the Final Exit's progression.

As a guild family, we have an environment that fosters the mutual good of the guild and kindness to others. Things like passing for side grade's to another and passing to others who are good and active players yet are less geared is common, and is noted and appreciated.

Your gear looks decent for a pre-AQ40 geared mage.
+1 for Rockfury bracers & pre-quests done
You seem like an experienced player also being progressed in AQ40 on retail and being a mage(?) class leader.
Good job getting belt of untapped power, ban'thok sash would be better if you weren't hitcapped, but since you are already it will be a nice backup item if you want to replace some gear.

Some questions;
Playing hours 5-9? means you play 5-9 hours a day or from 5:00pm to 9:00pm?
What's up with your 0/30/21 spec? pvp? We raid in either 17/31/3 or 31/0/20

I'll already have to tell you, IF we can invite you it will for the time being only be AQ40 and BWL until you have the equipment (mainly health) to raid Naxxramas with us, there may however be a spot on rare occasion.
I want to discuss a bit more with other CL's/officers whether we take you or not, expect an answer soon! :)

I think, this isn´t really an exceptional player ,who will strengthened our setup , there are good mages with nice attendance ... -1 from me ( mabye u should try Labrats or Praeda ) but last word is Xelthion´s :))
