Thx for your application. Your gear doesn´t look so good ,u have done only MC pre-q , i think u don´t have so much experience with Vanila content :/ , but if i can give u advice i would like to if u make the rest of pre-q such as BWL and Naxx,switch your talents to fire ,then change some of your items with following :

Anyway ,its good that u are interesting for better guild ,but i don´t think that u have big chances to get through and get invite :/ ,but it depends on Xelthion´s decision
I wish u good luck and i think , u should look for a guild , which is starting to raid aq40 or above , i think maybe Fidelis ,or some guild idk atm which one ..

Hey, I fully agree with what Holylady said, you seem to lack a lot of experience towards vanilla content.
I can't really add much to his post, except that hitcap is 16% xD (always 1% chance to miss no matter of your hit)

I wonder where that spec came from, did you raid with that on retail? :P
Anyways, for frost we go 31/0/20, with one mage building 20/0/31
For fire we spec 17/31/3

Anyways, feel free to talk to me ingame when I'm not doing raids, I wouldn't mind helping you out here and there.

I also highly suggest you search for a guild that is currently raiding BWL or AQ40, just to learn how to utilize your class during raids. You seem to lack quite some experience, but If you wish to really join, I might bring you in for only BWL + an occasional AQ40 raid. That however means you would only raid on sunday and maybe parttime on thursday. You must understand I can not bring you into Naxx like this.

It's up to you for that part.
But before that, you should get these upgrades Holylady posted :) and get the BWL+ Naxx pre-quests done.

I am getting the bloodtinged gloves from VP tomorow and gonna farm that belt too from ubrs.
As long as i replace those you pointed me to and get the prequests done i am gonna wisper you for the talents.
