you really didn't take your time to fill out the questions properly, for example "What are your usual playing hours? the need.", just think you can be a lot more precise on all the questions, gear is good indeed but i just think you could've put a lot more work into your app and show some more dedication, staying neutral for now.
you didn't link shoulders, also please get 30+ healing on your new gloves and 24+ healing on your bracers, and as hoochie said 5 resis on cloak. apart from that pretty lame answers but you seem like a good guy anyway, keep it up.

please replace all the t1, robes with strat baron robes, legs with padre's trousers, gloves and legs also easily replacable with 5man items, for head get zg or aq20 turbans, or t2 ofc. also get hide of the wild, it's a must. apart from that get naxx attunement
Good app, you should get some descent enchants though, 7 agi boots, 15 agi gloves, 9 str gloves, 8 agi on head + legs, start working on zg exalted for 30 ap shoulders, and yea the rings that you mentioned already. +1 so far.
