Hi, your application looks good. Get the stuff avise suggested, attunement, robes and enchants first as the t1 shoulders are relatively OK. Wednesday is our most important day for naxx farm, you might want to come there :P

Haha... the leader of my last guild is a woman. She's also as irish as anyone could be, so she swears at people like a truck driver when they fuck up and occasionally gets drunk to the boot. Hands down, she was a great guild leader, but far from being a calm nature ;) Unfortunately, I have met other women on WoW who were a constant nuisance, relying on their gender to get them advantages. so please forgive me that i asked when i saw you emphasize it.
i've got some questions concerning your application - could you link your exact spec using http://www.wowprovider.com/Old.aspx?talent=11226005_11 ? - could you list all the gear pieces and the enchants you are using on them? - since when is sash of mercy a crafted item :P ? - is being a girl really the only contribution to this guild that you intend to make?
Overall, I am not too impressed by this application as it is a bit short, though all the important infos seem to be there.
armor is a mighty important stat, maybe even the most important one, and def is nearly as important or even equal. those few agi points don't really matter right now (you can't gear for avoidance as long as you have trouble surviving a normal hit) and the stamina on both bracers is nearly the same, so yes, the icebane bracers are superior.
nah, joking. this is one of the best applications i have ever had the good fortune to read. your tank is pretty useless though for the content we raid at them moment, even if the gear is quite impressive for a 2 week old char: aq rushes for C'Thun, Naxx farm and 4HM progress. BWL is only fit in here and there if we do not have the setup for 4HM and have cleared everything else, so we cannot guarantee to boost your gear, even if we wanted to do so. this means you would have to push him to a pre BWL best in slot level of gear at least. i don't know how the situation is atm with our rogue roster, but is there any chance you might give us an glimpse at your rogue's gear, just in case it might suit us better? if you would be willing to play him at all, that is.

P.S.: Razbivam... now, where to even fucking start with Razbivam? long story short: he was in FE. he was not at all comfortable with passing his raidspot when he was required to. he was a terrible tank, no way to give him a difficult task(*inb4wipeatgluth*), and worse: he was a loot whore like i have never seen one before.
i suppose you won't have any luck with convincing our officers to let you play kitten, but personally i would be interested to see you perform. how much dps can you pull on a static boss fight with average armor compared to other melee classes with equal gear?
the appication looks pretty solid, and the resto gear level is sufficient to be of use even in progress. You lack some high content experience, but that shouldn't be a problem. start reading tactics and watch vids in case you haven't, i'd be surprised if you would not get a test raid soon!
