Naxx - No, but im a quick learner and very focused when I play (atleast thats what my GF tells me :> )

Yes, if someone is more suited for the spot then me, im happy to give it to someone else or wait a few days to raid :)

Everything to meet the guild requirements and improve myself and the progress of the guild.

Vendetta Redux - Disband
Valhalla Rising - Was in a difficult time at home, and at the same time I was moving appartment. So I didn't fit the standards in the guild of raiding as much as they wanted me to.

• What would you bring to Final Exit as a guild?

joy, myself, dedication and a joke here and there! we play to have fun.

• What would you expect from Final Exit as a guild?

social people, someone that I can enjoy playing with and not just hard core raiders. but also someone thats willing to go do crazy/fun things with :)

Good application, if not uncommonly lengthy.
There are some gear improvements you could make, though (I am neither an officer nor a priest, so you can disregard this if you want to, just telling ;) ):

Gloves: haven't seen anyone use rapid evolution gloves in lilke one year... why? because they suck ;) get http://www.aowow.org/?item=12554 instead.
Rings: Ring of Blackrock is OK, the aq20 set ring is quite terrible. some alternatives:

Wand: Not really a good wand you have there. Best would be to get a http://www.aowow.org/?item=15282 with +heal on it or http://www.aowow.org/?item=21801
but i guess if you cannot afford those, it's ok to wait for http://www.aowow.org/?item=19435 it drops like every second mob in bwl anyway.

When i was priest CL i always told my priests that Essence gatherer = gkick xD. Just get a green wand with at least +28 bonus healing from AH.
Other than that i think you should be given a testraid since there is a priest deficit in the guild at the moment so +1 from me. The person to decide this is Lalahealer so u have to w8 for his reply.

I really like the application and I think pope got a point with the wand :D still I think you can even change it while being trial in the guild.

Thanks for the replys, im well awere of the gear changes I need. But im thinking with the progress you've got i'll hopefully gear up with time. And im also working on it on my spare time :)
