Bad application... It says almost nothing about your gear, or even who your in-game character is. But if this is Vicktorius, I'll give a +1, he's a reliable paladin with a mature attitude.

Even though the application may have some flaws, I'll still vouch for Nancydru. She's a really reliable player who has showed up for 100% of my raids when I tried to make my own guild. She does never leave a raid before it's over, no matter how much we wipe. The gear isn't OP compared to you guys, but it's far better than the average healer.I'll give a +2 if that's possible.
