Seeing as he will be doing naxx if he joines, i would regardless of anything, refrain from geting bloodvine. You simply cannot afford to looose the HP for naxx.. Then you should rather do a bit less dmg and help keeping up ignite, and at least stay alive, instead of dying imediately, when some AoE or random target dmg comes ur way..
So id say... Focus on staying alive so u can be brought to raids to help out.. Bloodvine simply does not contribute to that.. :D
regarding gear i see it difficult to bring you to naxx atm.. You will simply die to random spells and abilities due to low hp.. You seem like a nice guy, but in my opinion your gear isnt good enough..
Im not active right now due to exams and stuff.. So i will let the other officers decide if they want to test you..

Mate.. Your application is very poor.. Why not fill out the "why u want to join" and "what you can bring the guild" You dont quite seem like you want to join rly ^^
BiS+ZG gear.. Is that preraid blue BiS? :P If its actually BiS items, then you should prolyl say something about ur former guilds and stuff.. But seeing as u left out the question about Attunements, i figure you dont have them and you mean preraid BiS? :P
I do agree with whats been said, like i also pointed out in my first comment..
I just started proactively reqruiting again.. And i believe i can find more gear appropriate mages for the team..
You seem like a nice guy mate. But i do have to concider how much groundwork and gearing up, has to be done to get you on parr for Naxx.. And i feel that you are a bit below the bar for it. Im sorry..

Cause indeed its the better choice when it comes to dmg.. But he needs 5k+ HP bufffed in naxx and Bloodvine doesnt exacly contribute much to that.. :D And id rather have him do a bit less dmg than dying on impales and whatnot ^^

Im curious.. Which Neck, Gloves, Belt and wand are you using? You will ofcourse be firespec as we raid naxx.. Do you have highest rank Fireball and Frostbolt?
Remember.. You are applying to one of the best guilds on the realm.. I hope you are prepared for it.. I expect preparation and dedication from my mages :D :D
Hey mate.. Currently i could diffinately use an extra mage.. Tho your level of gear is just nowehere near the requirements for naxx.. Actually you would have to run around with Flask of the titan to even survive much in naxx.. Your application is not bad at all and you seem like a nice guy..
On a sidenote: 20/31/0 is a very subpar spec :P Much much lower dps than 17/31/3. How can u not want 6% hit from the frost tree? :P Ofcourse i take it that you are posting ur PVE spec, concidering ur applying to raid :P

I like your app and i think youve got some pretty decent gear :D Ontop of that, i have heard a good word or tw oabout you, so im gonna accept you as a trial :D (yea that was fast, i know :D hehe)
Im going to Norway tomorrow for 4-5 days, so i wont be online myself, but u can /w any officer for an invite to the guild.. And if you have any questions about anything, just ask an officer or even one of the other mages.. :D

PS.. When u have your Forum access.. Make sure to check the "Mage PVE Preparation" thread on the Class forum.. It says anything u need to know about consuambles, spec and so on.
Seeing as you only mention 2 pieces og gear, i take it that the rest are blues that are not worth mentioning.. (As in not even preraid BiS)..
I agree with what Herp is saying.. Concidering Naxx is out this week, i will not have the room for a mage with your gear.. Im sorry.. I also dont expect you to have prepared for naxx with consumables and all.. Which is many many hours of farming or a very high ammount of gold, which i doubt you have aswell cause if you did, i would expect you to have the BLoodvine set..

I think its gonna be too much to have 2 people in blues so close to naxx.. I like you experience and all tho.. But i dont see you getting the last spot i have.. Im sorry..

Like i told you yesterday the raid will be MC+Nef.. Yea MC isnt great for testing, but just make sure to do the best you can so i can see that you know how to maximize dps..
Raid invites are at 6.45 pm and ill do what i can to et you a spot.. You dont need a flask for this raid.. be 31/0/20 spec..
