Tailoring and Enchanting- I think disenchanting is better way than selling items to vendor + I don't like to be robbed by noobs which steal your mats and making no enchant to you + I choosed tailoring to become Richfag to help guild in progress by providing mats for flasks etc. 7% for hit 4%(3 from talents 1 form gear) crit 328 bonus dmg

• Are you comfortable with loot council? My old guild connect used Loot Council to gear and in my opinion it is the best system to gear players fair

- Are you an adult in control of your own playtime or is it dictated for you? Will anything cause you to quit early/afk/cancel the pre-organised event at a moments notice with 39 other people from all over the world who put time aside to spend it with you? I am adult in control my playtime but if something occurs i say to RL's that I can't go out etc.

• Are you comfortable with the fact that you may not always have a raid spot? For me It's no problem good guild always have many ppls in their ranks and sometimes need better dpses heals or tanks and if situation like that appear i will always volunteer to give spot

• Are you willing to download/use all the necessary addons that are requied to raid with us?

Bloodine>T1, you loose like 3% hit from bloodvine Legs and chest, AND 2 % CRIT, wich is´one of the best stats for a mage.

Cause indeed its the better choice when it comes to dmg.. But he needs 5k+ HP bufffed in naxx and Bloodvine doesnt exacly contribute much to that.. :D And id rather have him do a bit less dmg than dying on impales and whatnot ^^

Im curious.. Which Neck, Gloves, Belt and wand are you using? You will ofcourse be firespec as we raid naxx..
Do you have highest rank Fireball and Frostbolt?

Remember.. You are applying to one of the best guilds on the realm.. I hope you are prepared for it.. I expect preparation and dedication from my mages :D :D

-1 from me...I know it's not my call but I'm just tired of us constantly recruiting ppl in bloodvine gear or t1...we're doing naxx now and need better than that...also from what I understand the waiting list for AQ40 idols is long so it's not so easy to gear new mages up

i Agree with herp also 100 %...We need mages atleast geared like vujke..

I Got full rank fireball and frostbolt and i work hard to gear up to perform at the same level of other players in guild

I do agree with whats been said, like i also pointed out in my first comment..

I just started proactively reqruiting again.. And i believe i can find more gear appropriate mages for the team..

You seem like a nice guy mate. But i do have to concider how much groundwork and gearing up, has to be done to get you on parr for Naxx.. And i feel that you are a bit below the bar for it. Im sorry..
