I really like the apply, but popeto got some very strong points here. I suggest a social rank too, to help you in your gearing/voting up process. At the moment your are a bit too far away from being useful in naxx/aq40.

Beeing offshore shouldnt be too much of a problem if you prove reliable besides that. In fact one of our former officers, dhimmu, is working off shore too, but sadly inactive atm.
No real need for nr gear on a caster, imho. Besides that, there is a blue zg cloak which would be an improvement, too. Rest what malerkoh said. Prepare and good luck.

Most of your gear is fine, though some parts can be improved. Best weapon combination pre 40 man would be jindo mace and av off-hand. But as av off-hand alone beats arlok, any main hand, like simons is better. Zg ring set would be nice, corehound belt is bis pre naxx and i would recommend using turban over t2. Cenarion vs mantle of lost hope is discusable, not a big improve though, and finally green sillithus wind stone boots are better than your current ones.

My dear applicant, you apparently only added 1 enchant and changed 3 items. Shoulders and boots still not enchanted, weapon, offhand and relict are totally missing. Turkish section still not fixed.
Even though we are in dire need of paladins at the moment, i dont thing this slacky attitude is helping us. Up to winning, our paladin classleader, for final decision.
Thanks for your interest in joining us. Although your application is a bit short on some parts, it is great where it counts. Dedication and maturity is most expected and welcome. Also its a big plus that you have already seen the game through the eyes of an officer/leader.
Your gear is fine with two little minor improvements. Those would be zg turban for head and baron's robe for chest. Both can be farmed or obtained via voting points.
Final decision will be made by briskora, our druid classleader. +1 from me.
After talking to the melees in charge, i sadly have to tell you that we dont see much sense in a feral for naxx. A rogue or a fury is simply a much better dps in most cases and the few benefits of a feral are not enough to negate such in end game content. A feral might be only useful for bwl and aq40, which we only raid on 1 of 3 days.
Sad that you cant really live with a healing char, as we could need a perspective resto druid. But one should play what he has most fun with rather being forced into a role.

In case you are applying as feral only, i need to talk to our warri and rogue cls, as you would be mainly supporting them and on their raid spots. Besides that, we already have a feral, but he doesnt attempt all raids, lately. So if u dont fear a little competition that will not be the big problem. Regarding your gear, it looks quite well. Please get +8 str enchant on head and legs and +30 ap on shoulders. And maybe even +damage on ur weap, as it seems positively bugged on this server. Zg head and leg enchant would only be bis on ur tank gear imho, as 10stam is slightly better than 1doge for a tank druid. And as u r mainly a support dd with some off tanking in raids, i feel +8 str is the way to go.
Our druids are fine at the moment and lately we tend to have rather too much heal than to few, ending in druids staying online on hold. Therefore we only have room for a perspective druid who might hop in for some bwl/aq40 runs. If you can live with that as a start, contact me in game and we ll have a look.
