I think we are expecting atleast MC/BWL gear from rogues, not sure tho. GL with your apply

4% Hit from gear is rather low, i'd advice you to get atleast another 6-8% asap, like the 2% Rogue class trinket, Maraudon ring etc, otherwise you'd be of no use to us.

I am hit capped, not only that I am skill capped also which I know not many players on this realm are, or even know what benefits you get by being skill capped.

What's so funny about these dumb noobs is that they call others stuff and say things to others, such as: "you shouldn't wear this and that", and then later they actually come back and ask what talents am I using.

Let me show you something, the mace spec; now for this setup I used heavy hit gear; 17% hit with just from gear, that's 23% total.
What was that?

Dagger spec: 7% from gear, 12% total. Now if my memory is correct I should be above the cap here, I also recall you get few % off the above skill cap points also. Not sure if you get it from this realm though.

There are a lot of things that aren't working as they should on this realm; Darkmantle? Could be bugged, not quite sure there. But it doesn't stop me from using it, since there's not much else to wear for bis prer/zg/mc geared people. Weapon skill I've read it should work, but can't say I'm 100% sure here either.

However; what I'm quite positive of is my dps done. I'm almost always top dps (the noob part that I told you earlier is true, it has happened quite a few times). AQ40 geared people basically they're the only once who come above me now and then in all the pugs I've been to.

The "and I know from other recruits with similar gear, that their dps in MC are good, but it fails in BWL cause of lack of hit."-part however I don't get. What exactly have you got in mind here? The bosses there are the exact same level in mc as in bwl(which is63), the only difference could be resistance(for poisons but there's only chrom and nef for that) or armor. Armor? Uhm no.
I take it that you're talking about the bosses and not the trash mobs, right? Or.. is there something with the BWL bosses that I'm not aware of yet?

After all we are a guild raiding AQ40 and soon Naxxramas and your gear is nowhere near the level required for these instances. Sadly skill doesn't compensate enough the lack of gear. :-(

How exactly are you going to find members for your guild if you're looking for what, fully mc/bwl geared people? You basically have to rip off players from other guilds and the chances of pulling the less gifted players from other guilds is, I would say quite high.

Would you without hesitation join, let's say an unknown guild(which is best in the realm by the way), Hulipro? I really doubt that. Now I have no idea what your position in Final Exit is currently but I wouldn't think you would just leave your guild unless you're a damn clown.

Sure I would get it if your guild is disbanding but that's a different story.

Thank you for posting your application to our forums. Just like any other application submitted every member or officer in Final Exit makes an effort to give equal chances to everyone. I dont think that calling your fellow players noobs in the hopes that you differentiate yourself from them in our regard is fit for an application. Furthermore, insulting and attacking Final exit members won't grant you any more chances of being accepted, or in your case even be considered,

Minoas where exactly did I insult someone? If you scroll up and actually read what I wrote you'll find that I never insulted or attacked anyone. However If you feel insulted by my choice of words then that's a completely different story and I'm not going to go further into that.

From this point I think it is best for me to wait for the final verdict. Like I've always said in raids: Only listen to the leader.

Sorry bro but weapon skill cap is 315 does not affect your hit at all, it just reduces the 40% glancing blow damage reduction penalty to nil. This isnt working 100% on Feenix either, ive personally tested it. Aged Core/Muggers would be bis till Death's Sting/t3 sadly theyre crappy on here :S

4% hit is fail in MC, let alone BWL/Naxx. For BiS Pre-raid you can easily hit 12% from gear/weapons, plus your attitude stinks.
