On this server i've done 8/8 BWL and 3/9 AQ40

None at all.
- Are you an adult in control of your own playtime or is it dictated for you? Will anything cause you to quit early/afk/cancel the pre-organised event at a moments notice with 39 other people from all over the world who put time aside to spend it with you?
I'm in control of my own game time, fortunately, and only Family emergencies or College would cause me to turn my back to my fellow raiders.

Antrae's - Disbanded, Preada - Kicked for joking around with an officer, I whispered him with "Hey gay, do you need 5 free stacks of Mountain Silversage".

Your experience sounds great.
Sadly, your gear is not as promising, as i first thought from our whispers. The tier2 is good, of course, but besides that your druid looks like a character you did not invest too much efforts into.
I.e. the bracers, weapon, one ring and especially the idol and neck are not even close to best in slot pre raid gear. Besides that, the zandalarian hero charm is bugged, as it removes head and leg enchants, rendering it quite useless.

I am afraid, at this point a testraid does not make much sense. I would love to see you putting some efforts into it getting at least best in slot pre raid gear on the named slots and then reapply if your are still interested in joining us.
