I think that´s the best way to deal out loot couse the guild will progress faster

I have no problem to attend the raids and i won´t go afk during raids. i don´t like to wait on people so i would not let people wait on me

hey, your apply is okay, one + for me is, that your willing to get bis preraid bloodvine set parts which gain you more spellhit% and include more dps of course.
In my oppinion its a bad weapon which you use in mainhand (but we spoke already about this topic ingame). While inspecting you, i saw that you lack some enchants on head/legs and other parts. the fact, that FE is a pure pve raiding guild we expect of each player the maximum he can get to have a good performing char.
I like to see enchants and the 2 parts of bloodvine we spoke about, if you can make it take 3/3 Bloodvine (maybe a new weapon) and then a test raid for you, to see how your doing.
