About me:

Hello, my name is Jacob and I’m 20 years old from Stockholm, Sweden. I started playing wow in April 2006 and I’ve played pretty much non-stop since then with small breaks for vacations. The last 2 years or so I’ve been focusing on arena PvP as I got bored of the “kill it and it dies” bosses. I achieved quite high ratings, last season I got rank 3 in 2v2, rank 9 in 3v3 and rank 4 in 5v5 (played on Rampage-EU which at the time was considered the hardest BG in Europe). I don’t know if this kind of stuff interests you but I beat many sponsored players (some playing hard counters) including all mighty Lord Hydra. I was even offered sponsorship myself just before I quit.
I usually log on wow around 4-5 and log out around 2-3 and I can raid even later than that if needed. Studying distance at the moment and unemployed with no girlfriend so I’ll be really active. You won’t see me missing a raid without a really good reason!

I have 300 Herbalism and disenchanting… I’m very lazy when it comes to professions but I’ve never had any money problems. I can however level a 2nd profession if it’s needed.


Communication

I didn’t know people still used TeamSpeak and I haven’t used it in years but it shouldn’t be a problem. I do speak good English (although with a Swedish accent) and I’m not afraid to use my microphone!


Raid Details

There are pros and cons with every loot system. DKP and loot council are probably the most popular ones. Whichever you pick someone will always be unhappy, DKP might feel like an auction house and loot council really invites for nepotism. Both work great in theory and I have to be honest I do prefer DKP because it rewards the players who are active and you get to choose which items you get. I've had some really dishonest and bad officers handling loot council over the years and that is also one of the major reason I prefer DKP. But Loot council is a lot better if you have proper officers.

I have done both MC and BWL attunement quests and I’m ready to do the naxxramas one aswell.

Vanilla:

I started raiding more seriously in TBC and killed most bosses before they were seriously nerfed.

Wrath of the Lich King:
Naxxramas (25) – 15/15 + “conqueror of naxxramas” and “the immortal”
Obsidian Sanctum (25) – 1/1 + “3D”
Eye of Eternity (25) – 1/1 + timed kill and 20 man
Ulduar (25) – 14/14 + all hardmodes including yogg0
Trial of the (Grand) Crusader (25) – 5/5 normal, 4/5 heroic
After face rolling 4/5 bosses in Trial of the grand crusader just 2 weeks after they were released and <Ensidia> transferring to my realm causing major lag I decided to quit PvE. Also after getting yogg-saron world 36th kill I felt pleased with what I had achieved (raided 11 hours a day until he was dead).

I never raided in Cataclysm.

On Feenix I’ve main tanked in the guild <Neckbeards> until about 2 weeks ago killing everything in Zul’Gurub (except jin’do and madness bosses), Ahn’Qiraj, Molten Core and Onyxia.

I have no problems making your raid times, I can even raid on the off days. I decide when I go to bed myself and as I said before… something serious must happen for me to miss a raid! Of course I understand that every established guild already has their tanks and I might have to sit out now and then. I want to be there for the boss kill just as much as the next guy and I don’t want to sit out but if asked all step out and leave my spot for someone else (at the same time I do think I could really bring something to the raid so we kill him).

I’m currently using: ag_unitframes, BigWigs, omniCC and SW stats. Haven’t found an enemy cast bar addon that works for warriors yet (tried 6 different).

Guild Informantion and Expectations:

I was previously in <Neckbeards>. It’s a casual US guild which I got kicked from because I was considered an anarchist (it’s a really long story, whisper me if you want to hear my view of it).
I’m a really active and dedicated player who focuses 200% during progress raids. I’ve been officer/raid leader/class leader in pretty much all guilds I’ve been in, including a PvP guild called <Blacklisted> (at the time we were the 3rd highest ranked PvP guild in the world, highest in Europe).
And I expect everyone in Final Exit to be or at least try to be active and dedicated towards your fellow guildies.

Sorry if the application seems a bit dull but your forum coding was very limiting.

edit: Stoneshield pots are some of the best pots for bosses, but not worth "wasting" unless its a top notch phys dmg boss, eg Broodlord, Chromaggus, Twins, Ouro. Hows your NR gear coming along, you may need to farm some NR pots for them too. We currently require 178 NR for you to be worth using for Huhuran :P

Scrolls of Protection and Scrolls of agility are also nice but imo, save these mostly for Naxx and the wipefest inc :S

edit2: I can do 15agi gloves and 1% dodge back, look me up, wont charge a fee :P

Yea and scroll of str to increase block value.

I had already written an application to RG when he spoke to me but I withdrew it because they were full on tanks and applied as a priest instead. Also I did try to contact various officers in game about applying to Final Exit but I never got any response so I thought you weren't all that interested.
I ended up withdrawing my 2nd application from RG and applying to you instead after I finally got a response.

Especially since our guild has a big history when it comes to protection warriors, id love to keep the spirits up as it is, their doing awesome!
