Who are you?

My name is Jon and I am 21 years old from Sweden. Currently studying at a folk high-school, with ambitions to start at the university next year. I am a true gamer, started with wow at the age of 15 and quickly fell in love with the game. I played from vanilla start into late TBC, when I lost interested and decided to quit. Meaning, I've done almost all end-game continent within vanilla wow, except Naxxramas.
When I found this server me and roughly 5 other irl-friends of mine decided to reroll, today it's only me and Earlogisman left. He is also my room mate, and will probably make his own application in a later stage. My usual raiding hours tend to stretch from 5-ish PM til midnight. Though, if raiding requires I have no problem stretching the time.


You character?

My character is named Jonirl and is a arms/fury warrior, I do intend to play as a fury warrior in PvE but am currently lacking some gear. Lately I've been focusing my game time on PVP, but am aware of my lackage in PvE gear. On my character I currently have a 31/20 pvp spec, with one point in piercing howl. Since I am lacking decent fury weapons, and as well as gear, my arms spec makes due in PVP. I have chosen mining and engineering for my character, mining for the thorium/arcane crystals needed for arcanite bars (my friend can transmute on his character) and engineering for the PVP. Engineering also includes a few nice PvE trinkets, for instance the Hyper-Radiant Flame Reflector for Ragnaros.

English skill:

I would say my English is on avrage, but I do understand enough to follow raids and be able to communicate with you guys online.I am familiar with team speak as well.


Raiding experience:

My previous raiding experience includes MC/BWL/AQ20/ZG/AQ40 (Not c'thun). TBC wise I've done all end game continent up to and including Tempest Keep: The Eye. I have no problem organizing my hours so I won't be disturbed during raid hours. Like I mentioned previously I am a big fan on PVP, so to the question regarding not always beeing prioritized won't be a problem for me. I have no problems downloading addons, nor do I have any problem with the raiding hours.

Why this guild and what do you expect?

Like I mentioned I rerolled with a couple of RL-friends to this server, we made a guild called Bro Gaming who eventually merged with some other swedish guild, we made a swedish guild called Seal Cub Clubbing club, however, this guild from my point of view had alot of bad manners, many of the officers had friends within the guild making priority on gear/spots in raids for players depending on how well you knew them. For that reason, and for the reason that I found the officer core incompetent of leading a end-game raiding guild, (after MC) made me eventually quit the guild.

I think a guild where end-game raiding combined with a chance of growth, friendly manners, mature players, and a good guild cimate is essential for me while playing wow. For me, the most important think about gaming is the social aspect, so obviously I am looking for people who seeks the same thing, And after reading your guild information, I am positive that this is the guild im looking for.

I would expect good raids, active people, a serious attitude towards raiding, and a nice friendly climate within the guild.

Other:

I would like to mention that I understand that after you've read this you have already understood that my gear is obviously lacking for the sort of end-game instances you are doing.I would like you to concider this application, and me as a player, as an investment. I promise you an active player who gets satisfied by growth within as a player and within the guild. A player who strives to complete himself to his fullest extent. And a player when given the chance, will do mostly anything, to prove myself worthy.

first of all your application is really nice
the thing is that we are full on dps warriors and your gear isnt close to be viable for any raiding, so i dont see much chances (considering the upcoming content) for you to get in atm, sry
P.S. why would u enchant your lionheart helm with the zg enchant? oO

Argh, when I wrote this i've missread regarding the Zul'Gurub enchants and my memory was missleading me so obviously I will not enchant the ZG enchant on my lionheart helm :).

hey, plz consider this app in comibnation with earlo´s app. (holy paladin) and altough your app. is not as entertaining as his i would like to give you a chance and see you as an investment
