Being serious when needed and taking raiding times seriously. I'd attend all raids that I possibly can (meaning I wont be there only if something serious happens) I'd be active both in the guild and on Teamspeak.

A lot of fun whilst raiding, active and fun community. I do not expect to get all the loot – that's not what I care about..........
