• Who are you?
My name is Brian Kirkegaard. i just started playing on this server a week-ish ago. Before then i have played on retail for about 5 years, where i have mained on my mage since... ever ^^ . i do love mages.
As im gonna say below here, I live in Denmark with my english girlfriend (who i actually found in wow 1.5 years ago) /whistle. She then moved here to Denmark with me about a year ago. I am currently working as an IT supporter at a massive international Pump company called Grundfos, where I give worldwide support and my urge to mess with computers, satisfied.

I am downright a really nice guy. Im one of those peopel who never gets angry. Im very laid back and patient. Im good with other people and always making friends nomatter where i am. You will never see me be rude, not in the guild nor outside of it.


• Where are you from?
I am from a small town in Denmark called Bjerringbro.

• How old are you?
Im 24 years old (09/03/1987)

• What are your usual playing hours?
Ive always spent alot of time on WoW. You would more often than not, see me online from i get home from work, till i go to bed. So 4-5pm(GMT+1) till around midnight. In the weekends it ofcourse depends on which other plans me and my girlfriend have. But ill be playing most of the time indeed ^^

As i write this application, i am unaware of which raids i will be attending in the beginning of my trial period. I have checked up on your progression thread to see which you have cleared and which you work on. I will ofcourse be bringing the spec that is most efficient for any raid.
i dont have experience in these raids, so i would be unable at this given time, to show you the optimal arcane/frost spec. i am not completely sure which filler talents to get. Depends if Dampen/amplify magic is needed along with other tweaks. But i can assure you that I will use the best spec possible for the raid i will enter and i will be able to perform with it.

• Gear
Seeing as i havnt been on this server for more than a week, my gear is nothing to /dance about ^^ I have attempted to get several of my preraid BiS items as a frost mage. I am currently running around with green gloves and a green Cloak.

Staff: Glowing Brightwood staff (you know which one that is ^^ )
Wand: Wand of biting Cold (From AV): 16 Frost SP.
Rings: 2x Maidens Circle (Ring) Int/spirit/18 SP.
Boots: Wolfrunner shoes: int/sta/spir. 13 SP
Belt: Ban'thok Sash: int, sta, 1% hit and 12 SP
Gloves: Green: int, sta, 12 SP
Head: Dreamweave Circlet: Spir, Int, 21 SP
Neck: Horizon Choker: int, sta, spir.
Shoulder: Elder Wizard's Mantle: int, 11 SP
Cloak, Green: int, spir.
Chest: Robes of the royal crown: int, sta, spir, 18 SP
Bracers: magister's Bindings: Inst, sta, spir.
Trinkets: PvP one and Argent Dawn, so meh :(



• What professions have you selected for this character and why?
i started out on this server with Herbalism and Mining, as i figured money would be an issue with 12x XP rate. When i hit lvl 60 i dropped mining for Tailoring, hoping id be able to get my hands on RoTArchmage recipe and such.

So. 300 Tail/Herb and am atm skilling First aid. As you say, neccesary for raiding indeed :D

havnt decided what i wanan drop Herbalism for yet ^^


Communication

• Can you speak and understand English to a good level?
Fluently yes.

• Can you use TeamSpeak and are you able to speak when required?
Yes I have and yes I can indeed.


Raid Details

• Are you comfortable with loot council?
Very. Never been in a guild that used Loot council before, however, ive always seen it as a nice way to distribute loot.


• Mc / Bwl pre-quests?
Nope, havnt done any yet, but i will ofcourse do so, to get attuned :D

• Previous raiding experience and details.
Well, I never realy got to try the endgame raiding back in Vanilla on retail, so unfortunately, i have no experience in these raids. However, in TBC and WoTLK ive raided pretty much everything. During entire WoTLK i was main raidleader and Mage classleader in a guild called BattleRagers. We did pretty well. I have all WoTLK content cleared incl HC Lich King.

• Raid attendence - You know the raid times and the raid days. Do you have any problem making these?
Yes, i have checked the raid times, and they suit me just fine. I love to see guilds raid for more than 3 hours at a time :D

- Are you an adult in control of your own playtime or is it dictated for you? Will anything cause you to quit early/afk/cancel the pre-organised event at a moments notice with 39 other people from all over the world who put time aside to spend it with you?
Well, besides my girldfirend, Im in control of my own playtime :P hehe. She plays Wow on retail, still raiding with battleRagers, so she knows what its all about and when to not disturb :D

• Are you comfortable with the fact that you may not always have a raid spot?
Ofcourse. I dont mind sitting out for the better of the raid. Im very progression oriented. Both personally and guildwise.

• Are you willing to download/use all the necessary addons that are requied to raid with us?
I do believe i already use them. If not, then yes indeed.


Final Exit

• What were your former guilds and why did you leave them?
Well, this is my first application to a guild here on this server. On retail i have been in battleRagers for several years. I left, simply because i chose to stop raiding and then realized that raiding is what makes WoW fun to me. Friends and guildies are so very important, but without raiding i found myself without something to work towards. I still stay in contact with them on their forum and all. We are all good friends :D

Before that, i was in a guild called Red Lightning, which was a social guild. I left that guild, because i wannet to raid, and raiding definately wasnt Red Lightnings strong side ^^ . The people there were brilliant tho. We had some good laughs :D

Those are the only 2 guilds ive been in, during the 5 years ive played. Exept for some guild i was in during my first few months, where i played horde ^^ left, to play alliance on another server with some friends :D

• What would you bring to Final Exit as a guild?
I would bring a very nice guy, who has always been known for being fair and friendly. I have no doubt that i will make friends quickly within a guild, as it is the person i am. I am willing to help out and give a hand with whichever is needed, and often wont mind getting out of my way for others.

In a raiding perspective, I believe i can bring both skill and high awareness to the raid. Im very reliable, and I dont make many mistakes. During my time in battleRagers, I was often the solo raidleader of 25man HC raids and recieved many compliments from the guild. I will bring you a raider that always does his best. Not only because we want progression but also because i am competetive. While being aware is the most important thing during a raid, topping meters, being the best at kiting and so on, will always be of great focus to me.
I will be prepared for raids. Bringing the best enchants and the best flasks/Food and whatnot, to make sure to increase my performance. (Despite the fact that my gear isnt enchanted atm. Will be done ofcourse if i am to raid with it :D )

I have always been a knowledgable person in WoW, however, Vanilla is new to me, so reading and studying, from my part will be needed and be done. Besides all of this, im a very laid back, easy-going guy, who will be up for a talk and who rarely/basically never gets upset.

• What would you expect from Final Exit as a guild?
Final Exit will be the first guild i join on this server, and hopefully the only one :D I have never been a person to guildhop. I hope to find friends and a good atmosphere. i hope that we will be able to progress together and be proud of the guild together. basically i just hope that i will get "that feeling" that you get in a good guild. Where you know thisis the place for you. Friendship is important to me just like Raid progression is.
