hey Yigit!

I advise you to reapply and answer ALL questions. right now, the most important ones (to me) are missing.

plus, there are some gear improvements i recommend you to get:
Band of Mending (Strat Living, Jarien and Sothos)
Rosewine Circle (LBRS, Urok)
these two are important as your current rings are quite terrible.

Padre's Trousers (DM West. Ilyanna Ravenoak)
Treads of the wandering nomad (AQ20 in theory, but only available by 20 VP, not in the game)

also, use zandalar bracers + belt if you have both, the set bonus makes them awesome together. the shoulders + belt are good too when you get them.

it has been some time since i last healed on my priest, but i wonder a bit about your playing style. personally I used rank 3 Heal, Rank 1 , 3 and 5 Greater Heal and rank 2 and 4 of Prayer of Healing depending on the situation, and rank 2 flash heal when there was not much damage incoming, to nibble away some effective healing from shamans (my priest is horde). I guess there are better ways to go, but using flash heal as a basis is definetely inefficient.

Holy Nova instead of Spell Warding is up to personal taste, i think Holy Nova is a Waste of mana in PvE.
If however you should go deeper into discipline, you should definetely go for Power Infusion, as that is the only excuse for going deep disc at an advanced gear level. healing wise, 21/30/0 is better any time.
