Hey, in my opinion it looks like you didnt put much effort into this aplication i suggest you remake it with more details specially on your spec and gear

Yeah show gear and link talents u can easly find a talent calculator in google or just write like 0/12/21 spec. And also write what u would use for fire spec.
And put a bit more effort in your apply please if u wanna join end game raiding guild and u should have done naxx pre Q also.
