Hello Torres. I see you were struggling to get to the end of this application but you succeeded somehow with hieroglyphs at the end. :)
Your gear is pretty fine. Anyway you really need to get best available enchants on your head, shoulders, back, bracers. In my personal experiance paladins who are not that good with english are the one on who ppl will rage alot when buffs need to be set. :P But ok you said you are good with english so I dont see problem with that.

Lets get on teh point:

If you get all best available enchants, if you know to place buffs properly in raids on players (even if some of them die you need to watch closely and rebuff those after they've been ressed, (PallyPower addon ftw)), if you can have all needed consumables ready for AQ40 + Naxx raids like :
