Experianced it before in retail for a bit, and its got to be better than DKP wars anyway, i like the idea of the under geared or the more deserving person getting the items anyway, like, gearing up the MT etc for raid progression, i fully support this.

• Raid attendence - You know the raid times and the raid days. Do you have any problem making these?

No problems at all, its a nice timing for me, just 1 question, when is /end raid?

- Are you an adult in control of your own playtime or is it dictated for you? Will anything cause you to quit early/afk/cancel the pre-organised event at a moments notice with 39 other people from all over the world who put time aside to spend it with you?

Yes i'm an adult in charge of my own time and if i will have anything that will make me quit the raid, i simply wont sign for that raid.

• Are you comfortable with the fact that you may not always have a raid spot?

Normal routine, got to get used to it, yes.

• Are you willing to download/use all the necessary addons that are requied to raid with us?

As long as you give me time to get used to it hehe, but yes, i have no problems with that.


Final Exit

• What were your former guilds and why did you leave them?

Nexus, due to the lack of actual raiding. Nice community, but i had to go due to no raids.

• What would you bring to Final Exit as a guild?

A highly skilled Restoration Druid, nearly full Vanilla raiding experiance as it, while healing leader also. I was healing leader through 2 high end raid guilds, we got plenty of raid progress (see above) and there was no disputes (i say no, obviously there was the odd bad apple). I'm highly dedicated to raiding, thus why i quit WotLK, due to its horrible raiding standards, had to come back to Vanilla because of the challenge, and the pure genious raid content. I'll always be on time, always prepared, i know the score when it comes to high end raiding.

• What would you expect from Final Exit as a guild?

I like a laugh while raiding, theres nothing worse than no morale, no humour and no atmosphere. If there isnt any of the afore mentioned, i'll definatly throw a crude joke or two over voice, part of the package, apologies.

I'd just like to clarify in my own way a little more about be and my WoW experiance previously.

I've always been a high end raider on retail. Always driven for the best. When i was 14/15 i was healing leading through MC and BWL, by the time we'd got to TK:E etc as i'd grown up and got more experiance, i was so adept at healing that it became a bit of a chore and i did most of it by instinct. I missed the Vanilla raiding. This isn't me poaching for a position, i in no way wish to go for healing leader or a CL position, don't get me wrong, i'm just here for some fun raiding, the thing that brought me to you guys is purely where you're at in raiding right now. BWL. The SINGLE best instance i've ever raided. Chrommie, Neffy, Razor, Vael, some of the most complex and fulfilling boss fights i've ever encountered. Only fights i think are better would be Twin Emps and C'Thun. I'm in this for the wipe nights, for the strive for that progression, for the thrill when you get your first Neffy kill.

If you have issues with how confident my application seems, then thats what it is, an application, it's like a job interview, you have to keep to the facts but make yourself shine as best as possible, which is what i've tried to do.

Hallo jay, thx for your application.

A few words in the beginning: we dont have a problem with people who are fond of themselves. It all depends on the reason for it. Either you walk the talk or you have simply a big ego with no backup. The french say: "qui s'excuse s'accuse".

Anyways, a promising application so far. As we are kind of full on druids at the moment, i have some more questions.
How much +heal, mp5, mana, and mana reg in and out of combat do you have unbuffed atm?
Why do u feel your current spec 0 10 41 is the right for raiding with us?

I'm pretty confident in saying i've already walked the walk.

As to my build, speccing outside of the resto tree for raid healing in vanilla isn't viable really from my P.O.V, i build it so i get the full use of the resto tree then i put a little into the feral tree for the +armor solely, no real reason for this aside for the fact that if anything could help me with 10 points outta the other trees at any point in time in a raid, it would be the armor.

I've raided with Taelith in ZG (what little raids we had in Nexus) and he knows his stuff, and knows it well. We had some in the guild who for some reason or other didn't/couldn't use ventrilo and Tae was very effecient in explaining in chat what the tactics where at any given boss. As a healer he knows his business and I didn't experience anyone dying unless it was their own fault (not counting wipes, which no healer on earth can heal through )

He got my vote (I would wouch for him, though my opinion might not carry much weight since I'm new to the guild)

Sorry for keeping you waiting. Sadly, i have to decline your application at the moment. We are simply full on druids.

Therefore only applications from druids can be accepted, which seem better than our average (in terms of experience, skill and gear). Your experience seems fine. You got someone recommending you, which indicates skill and is good too, but it comes from a relatively new guild recruit. Sadly, your gear doesnt seem in our average. Good gear in that terms means having items which are best in slot pre raid or even better through earlier raids. For druids, those are items with high +heal and/or high mp5; int and spirit are nice too, oc.

305 +heal dont seem much (we allready declined a druid with 350 +heal some days ago), especially as you have no mp5 at all. I fear this cant be compensated by your good mana pool. I ran the math and your spirits of 241 leads to a very poor in combat manareg of 9 and a good but not that important 63 out of combat. [The formula infight is (mp5/2.5+(spirit/5+15)*0.15) rounded down; for out of fight its the same without the 0.15 factor, which comes from the 3 points in resto tree.]

Anyways, i would be happy, if u apply again, in the future, in case druids are needed.
