About Us

The Final Exit is a long term, active high-end raiding guild that is new to this server. We have many former high ranking pvp and/or pve playerswithin our membership. A large number of us re-rolled to here from another server, so we have a solid, experienced core in place which will accelerate raid progression. Many of the players and officers have extensive Retail Vanilla Wow experience, through Naxx. The guild is dedicated towards maximum raid progression. We constantly strive to improve and grow as a guild. A positive attitude and willingness to sacrifice is critical to membership here.

It is our Vision to become one of the top PVE/PVP Guilds on the server. To that end we are recruiting and will maintain only the highest quality of members. We accept and understand that there will be obstacles and challenges to over come. That is good, we thrive on that. Members are expected to conduct themselves in the highest possible manner, both within the guild and when interacting with the server. To that end the following are the high standards that we require for all in the guild:

1) To be a tight knit group. We are an extended family. Our spirit and camaraderie carry us forward. And while we are open to fun and good times, it is very important that all treat each other with respect. Be a positive, constructive element within the guild, not a negative one.

2) Raid requirements are high at Final Exit. Raiding members are expected to be, in the instance, on time for raids. All members are expected to raid in PVE Raid specs, there will be no exceptions. Each member must make sure that they come repaired and bring pots, food, stones, etc. sufficient for the entire raid. As we gear up, top enchants on equipment is expected and required. All members, even healers, must have 300 First Aid within one week of joining. In short, come to raids on time (in the instance), and be fully prepared to raid. To do otherwise is to suggest one is somehow above others and entitled to special treatment. That is an insult to your fellow guild mates and will not be accepted at Final Exit.

We expect all members to raid with Team Speak3. Raid instructions and strategies will be given through there. Members are expected to follow instructions given by officers on raids. Expect repair bills and wiping during progression Afking, alt-tabbing, other non-performance will not be tolerated. A standing joke is if you cannot out dps the MT than you cannot be a member here. We are looking for the elite players who want to grow as a guild, not those who want to get by.

3) Sacrifice. High-end raiding is about putting the needs of the guild ahead of the individual. To maintain high-end progression we must all look to the good of the guild rather than ourselves. We expect all members of Final Exit to uphold our high standards throughout the realm. Inappropriate behavior within the guild, or when interacting with others will not be accepted. We will create the reputation for high quality play and being high quality people. Treat all with respect and be helpful. Final Exit will maintain a high reputation on this server.

Our Vision is one of greatness with server leading progression. To that end we embrace the following:

1) Play Hard. All have a RL, however when on Wow PLAY HARD! Run instances and run with fellow members. It is always our first choice to raid with guild only, not pug, even on 5-10 mans. Gear up and level up professions. On raid days be with your guild, not on an alt. There is a LOT of experience within the guild. Ask for help. Seek out class leaders and experienced players for help on specs, gear up, professions, etc. And most importantly have fun!

2) Loot Council. Most high-end retail guilds ran Loot Council. Most great guilds do here as well. Thus, that is our system as well. Loot distribution will be determined by Officers and Class Leaders. The highest ranking officer on that raid will have the final say. Positive influence within the guild; sacrifice of time and resources for the guild; raid attendance; raid performance; length of time and dedication to the guild; best use of the item(s) for the guild's future progression. All will be factored into loot distribution decisions.

This system allows the guild to progress faster while rewarding those (faster) who are a good influence, work hard, play hard and attend raids. With that said there will be lots of loot to go around. And all who actively play will see fast gear up with the Final Exit's progression.

As a guild family, we have an environment that fosters the mutual good of the guild and kindness to others. Things like passing for side grade's to another and passing to others who are good and active players yet are less geared is common, and is noted and appreciated.

3. Recruiting. First and foremost we want a fun and safe environment where all can enjoy their wow experience. We want people who are highly skilled and pleasurable to be around. We do not recruit or keep members who are negative, have poor attitudes, are selfish and greedy, and do not play well with others.

When one is recruited into the guild they will remain a recruit for 3-4 weeks. During that time we can evaluate them and make sure it is a good fit for all, not just on player skill, but being a positive part of the guild family. New recruits should be positive and active, and show initiative. In other words, put yourself in a position where you can shine, not be a burden.

During this time one should expect only a little if any 40-man raid loot. Others ahead of you earned their spots as will new recruits. This is a time of patience and growth while finding one's spot within the guild.

Are current requirements, which will continually be upgrading our all blues of appropriate level and function for the person's class.

We understand that for many recruits it will not be a good fit. Thus, we will be actively recruiting and will remove members that do not maintain our standards for behavior, attendance or raid performance.

4) NO DRAMA POLICY! Drama is the great guild breaker in MMO games. To that end we do not do it. We have instituted and enforced a very firm NO DRAMA POLICY. When an officer or the GM announces that is enough and it is over, it is over. Period. We simply cannot grow and succeed with drama. And it will not be tolerated.

If one is a player who thrives on drama, or likes to stir the pot than Final Exit will NOT be a good fit for them, and they will not remain in the guild long.

And the NO DRAMA POLICY is in effect at all times. It applies to not only within guild behavior, but also outside of guild. Ninja of items when on runs (guild or otherwise), racial or ethnic slurs, flaming and abusing people in chat (including world), flaming people or inappropriate posts on forums, etc. All of these acts are grounds for warnings, discipline or removal from guild.

This is not an overly strict, prim and proper guild. We have lots of fun with plenty of good natured kidding. However, we do not abuse people, and we do not do drama. Use common sense on chat and Team Speak.

As a guild we focus on the positive. We do not get into flame wars on forums or chats with other guilds or people. We are above that. We take the high road, always. Making the guild look the fool, or in a bad light simply does not work.
