Loot Council. Loot distribution will be determined by Officers and Class Leaders. The highest ranking officer on that raid will have the final say. Positive influence within the guild; sacrifice of time and resources for the guild; raid attendance; raid performance; length of time and dedication to the guild; best use of the item(s) for the guild's future progression. All will be factored into loot distribution decisions.

This system allows the guild to progress faster while rewarding those (faster) who are a good influence, work hard, play hard and attend raids. With that said there will be lots of loot to go around. And all who actively play will see fast gear up with the Final Exit's progression.

As a guild family, we have an environment that fosters the mutual good of the guild and kindness to others. Things like passing for side grade's to another and passing to others who are good and active players yet are less geared is common, and is noted and appreciated.

I was with Finaly in Intoxication we could collect a lot of experience in the raids, but as the guild has been resolved more or less I'm looking for a successful guild - Final Exit! - Now that Finaly at you is also in the guild was clear to me I need to apply for you

I'd really like to AQ40 and Naxxramas also learn to improve my skill - it is known that Final Exit one of the most successful guild on the server, I hope I is equivalent to just your claims .. :)
And of course I hope to loot - hehe


If my Eqip is too bad or something does not fit, so I'll change it of course as soon as possible / improved

I have not completed the pre quest because I did not need them because we do not raideten Naxx - but you're right it is really easy and does not last long, I'll just finish it ..

Hey Cliqz!

Just wondering, what race are you? :)

Your application looks alright, gear is a bit meh, 5% hit? or 7% hit with ZG enchants? For being able to compete with any other mage you should have close to 10%.
I suggest you replace your arcanist gloves with something better, try getting Sorcerer's Gloves (link). Getting these won't take more than 1 hour, and they're definitely worth that time.
Bracers are also something that needs replacement, the ZG ones for mages are decent but I suggest you try to farm for Rockfury Bracers (link). BiS until BWL, after that naxx. I know they take some time to farm, but it also shows some dedication to get the best ;)
Do you have any offspec items for fire? I really can't bring you into AQ40 (let alone naxx) with that wand you're using..

I'm sorry, but I wonder why you don't get your naxxramas attunement before you apply to a guild which is clearing 11/15 naxx. I see from above post you're gonna get it, but it's just a tip, getting it before applying makes you look better.
Read up on those naxx tactics! :) You should know the basics before even putting a single foot into the instance.

At the moment I'm not sure if we are going to need another mage, last few raid we were fine and we got some people coming back after easter or a bit later after that. I'll have to discuss with the rest. Will let you know soon enough!

Oh and yes, as Holylady said, Finaly is no longer here :/

To my pRequest, I've also just completed it is likely that now no longer be a problem I think ..

I skill course at any time by Fire - no wonder

I am committed - Will eventually learn to make progress in improving my wow eqipment also know my skill, meet new people and new instances

I would also replace the weapon with aq20 mage wep and the strat offhand. You lose only like 5 sp and get 1% hit and 2% crit i think. Its easy to get and worth the farm.

-1 and i am done with these crap geared mages seriously...

Yes I know that my weapon is crap, I farm a better - I realize that it is my weapon is bad .

Nice upgrade :) I can do both +20 frost and fire spell damage on gloves so feel free to contact me ingame.

Weapon wise, I suggest you get at least The Lost Kris of Zedd and Scepter of Interminable Focus.
You can get this cheap ass (800g lol) main hand from the AH and it's pretty good until you get replacement at AQ20 or Golemagg.
This combination will give you 23 spelldamage, 2% crit and 1% hit, which is even better than that staff of yours :>
However, I wouldn't even try running around with that dagger because i'd feel ashame, so I would suggest getting AQ20 MH :P

Thank you for your efforts and your schonmal "interest" but I've now found another guild Cruitical fit where the raid days einwenig better, because otherwise I would have to sacrifice a lot of free time .. trotzallem

But anyways, yea crotch you are right it does, and I have to say, being a bit negative about the equipment, meaning we have to get somebody Naxx ready gear again ;)
