Working on the Naxx one. Have both BWL and MC.

Especially on Feenix i've Raided Till Ouro , Viscidius and Twin Emps. Never Did C'thun or Any Naxxramas content.

• Raid attendence - You know the raid times and the raid days. Do you have any problem making these?
- Are you an adult in control of your own playtime or is it dictated for you? Will anything cause you to quit early/afk/cancel the pre-organised event at a moments notice with 39 other people from all over the world who put time aside to spend it with you?

Since i'm in a stable economic position (LuLZ) I'm free to raid whenever.

• Are you comfortable with the fact that you may not always have a raid spot? - Yup !

• Are you willing to download/use all the necessary addons that are requied to raid with us? - Yup , allthough i think i have most of the needed UI mods .

<Requiem> , <Unholy Union> , <Argent Crusade>, <----- Disbanded ... <Great Bulgaria> (Former Druid CL) ... well the Guildmaster was complete douche... <Impulse> <--- Low Attendence due to Personal Issues. Then Disbanded.

• What would you bring to Final Exit as a guild?
A mature and Capable player with the desire for end-game content.

Understanding , maturity and above all fun times.

T1 is bad for healing, as are the T2 parts you're using. There's a better blue item for pretty much every slot. Why didn't you list your weapon/offhand? -1 from me

As i already spoke to you ingame, you made a nice first impression.

But i did not expect your gear to be that bad besides the t2 parts :-(.
You can replace the following easily:

Neck: get ramstein one or aq20 from ozzy
Chest : get baron robe or zg set chest
Bracers: get dm north ones or zg set bracers
Gloves: get dm east ones, brd princess? or aq20 from ozzy
Legs: get dm west ones

Besides that, what is your weapon and idol, what enchants do you use?

All in all i would say, you tune your gear up a little and then come back to me or another officers for a testraid.

Meh huli and eleana don't be such douchebags imo we need a new druid and we can gear him up in no time. Good app decent raiding experience and 2 BWL raids can fix the gear. +1 from me
P.S. I can explain the tacts to him in naxx pretty eazy since he is bulgarian.
