Sorry, but we are not recruiting priests with "Pendant of the Fallen Dragon". On a more serious note, try to improve your gear towards something more endgame-suited, for example your neck, lol. Animated Chain Necklace / Ossirian Head Quest is the way to go. The Shoulders from the ZG Token lasted for me until Patchwerk, surely worth getting them. the Hide of the Wild is another item that is worth every goldpiece you have, same goes for the Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon, as it is BiS Ingame/Sapphiron depending on playstyle.
Still, i don't know if we have a spot for another pre AQ40 geared priest, since one has been recruited not long ago. Not up to me at all though. Good luck with your application.
Thanks for your application. You seem dedicated, and by taking a look at your itemization, it seems that you know what you do. I would advise you to get the Hide of the Wild crafted, and if you have a few Rubel over, buy the Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon. It will, depending on playstyle, last until Sapphiron.
Overall, you got my vote. However, my decision is not the final.

Hello, I really liked your application, even when your answers are quite short, not telling us a lot about you. Your experience and gear compensates that perfectly though. The fact that you probably know a huge part of the guild since you were former RG member clearly speaks for you too.

I kinda dislike the way you answered the questions, a simple "yes" isn't really telling me/us much about you as a person, and it leaves the impression of laziness/(hubris). That point is mirrored in the way your character is geared. A few of your items, most of them being from raids, are extremely good. However, attending raids and getting items in return is, atleast in my opinion, not a good way to measure a player's will to get 100% out of his character. A few other slots of your gear could need some refreshing wind.
Apart from those points, good application. I would recommend you to try to improve on the itemslots and alternative i've listed below and take it into consideration.
Cloak: Hakkari Loa Cloak => Hide of the Wild Chest: Flowing Ritual Robes => Robes of the Exalted Seal of the Archmagus => Band of Piety / Band of Mending Antenna of Invigoration => Dragon Finger of Healing (Preferably something around or close to +33)

Hello, if i recall correctly, we had some issues with you when you were raiding in Final Exit on your priest back in the days. Finally, you left the guild because of some total bullcrap reason. Correct me if i'm wrong. On top of that, the fact that you are applying with an alt isn't really appealing to me. If something goes wrong in the guild, you probably wouldn't bother anyways; "it's only an alt". I'm afraid that your focus will be on your main, and from what i know, Final Exit is looking for members that pay 140% attention to raids.
I think for some people in the guild, the quantity of an application is directly proportional to the quality. In my opinion that's a clear application, which is easy to read and provides the needed information without writing a book.
Sadly i can't really get an impression of what your gear may look like, 487 Spellpower is okay, though i think you might get some problems with 17 mp5, even if you keep your Runes/Pots on CD. Secondly, as mentioned already, there is no point to take more than 1 Shadowpriest with you into a raid in Vanilla WoW.
However, you have a clear structure in your application and you seem like you know what you are talking about. GL with your Application.
